How long does delivery take?

All items are printed to order and take 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) to dispatch. Please allow an extra 2 working days for customised orders. See estimated delivery timeframes for different shipping methods below.

Orders are fulfilled as locally as possible to reduce delivery time and carbon emissions.

If you need an item faster, please contact me to see what I can do! Some UK items are available with next day delivery.

How do I care for my clothing item?

In order to keep clothing items in the best condition, I advise that you wash inside out at 30 degrees.
Dry away from sunlight and direct heat and do not iron on the print area.

 

My order does not fit – can I exchange it?

As all of my items are printed on demand, I therefore cannot offer exchanges. If you would like help with sizing please feel free to contact me!

 

Can I cancel my order?

I can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for production with my printing partners, please contact me or email me at iconicbabs@gmail.com as soon as possible and I'll see what I can do.

 

Do you have a size guide?

If you would like a size guide for an item please contact me and I will be happy to help! Not all listings feature a size guide as there can be slight variations in the sizing depending on the location they are shipping to.

 

Can I customsie an item?

Absolutely! All items can be made uniquely yours and custom designs are available upon request - send me a message with your ideas and I will be more than happy to help!

 

There is an issue with my item

If there are any issues with your order please contact me and I will do everything I can to get it resolved for you. Due to the nature of print-on-demand products I am unable to personally check the items before they are shipped and from time to time there might be issues with print quality, please report any quality issues to me as soon as possible so I can get you a replacement sent.

 

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, my production partners are unable to offer gift wrapping or gift messaging.

 

Why does my item have marks / stains / a vinegar smell?

When unpacking your new shirt, hoodie or sweater you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white or slightly brown residue. Don't worry! It's from a fixation agent which helps the ink bond with the fabric during the DTG printing process and is not permanent.
The stains should wash out after just one wash - it is recommended to wash printed garments inside out at 30ºC or cooler.

 

Why does my garment look a different shade of colour from what I ordered?

Due to the way in which computer screens present colours, there may be some variation in the colours you receive. All items are printed on demand by DTG printers and the print shade can vary depending on the fabric material and garment colour - darker garments are printed with a white underbase to help improve the vibrancy of the colours, and the print will be more solid on garments with a higher cotton content (fabric content is provided on each listing). All listing images are mock-ups and may not provide 100% colour accuracy.
